We carry thoughts and feelings with us every day that we don’t share with others. This event is an opportunity to share the things that we hide about ourselves as a community, while remaining anonymous.
Participants will write their thoughts down on paper, shred their paper, and then put these into a blender to create paper pulp that will be transformed by community members and resident artist Laura Davidson into pieces of paper sculpture. Once dry, the paper sculpture will be on view in the next Sunset Resdiency Reception on March 24th.
If you would like to participate in this project but cannot make it out on March 3rd, please mail your sealed hidden thought to 1811 Balboa Place, Dallas, TX 75244 for Laura to shred and blend into pulp.
